He offers results-oriented hands-on leadership with expertise in talent acquisition, labor and employee relations, benefits cost containment, OD, coaching, and compensation analyses. In addition Steve is very experienced with multi-site operations, mergers and acquisitions and the implementation of cost effective human resources initiatives that support corporate goals.  
  • Steve will serve as FFA's Family Business Succession unit HR expert addressing those companies that require cost savings, increasing productivity, reorganizing sales organizations to enhance customer responsiveness and communicating with all levels throughout the company vertically and horizontally to achieve long-term success and profit in a short time frame. This will also include working with revenue generation with an eye on top line and bottom line. Steve is anchored in the New England Region and lives in New Hampshire.
